Terms of Use

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the Ezo Garage Sale website (ezogarage.online) (the "Platform").

1.2. The Platform is a classifieds marketplace that lets users post listings, search by city and category, and reserve items online.

1.3. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1.4. The Platform is operated by an individual: Rinat Fatykhov, contact phone +995 591 754 710, address: 18 Tashkentskaya St, Tbilisi, Georgia.

2.1. Posting listings and reserving items requires registration by email — login is via a one-time code sent to the provided email address, or via Google sign-in.

2.2. You agree to provide an accurate email address and not to create multiple accounts to circumvent a ban.

2.3. You are responsible for keeping your email and account credentials secure.

3.1. By posting a listing, you confirm that you legally own the item or are authorized to sell it.

3.2. Prohibited items include: weapons, narcotics and psychotropic substances, prescription medication, counterfeit goods, and any other items whose sale is restricted or prohibited under the laws of Georgia.

3.3. The administration may remove a listing or suspend an account for violating these Terms without prior notice.

4.1. The "Reserve" action records the buyer's intent to purchase and opens an internal chat with the seller.

4.2. After a reservation, the listing status changes to "reserved" and is visible to other users.

4.3. If the seller has not marked the deal as "sold" within 60 hours of the reservation, it is automatically cancelled and the item becomes available again.

4.4. The seller may cancel a reservation earlier if the deal did not go through.

5.1. The Platform does not process payments and is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller. Payment terms and the method and place of transfer are arranged by the users themselves, outside the Platform.

5.2. The Platform does not guarantee the quality, legal origin, or accuracy of any listing's description.

5.3. Any disputes arising from a sale are resolved by the users themselves, without the Platform's involvement.

5.4. Any in-person meeting to transfer an item takes place at the users' own discretion and risk. The Platform recommends standard precautions: meet in a public place, bring someone with you if possible, and inspect the item before paying. The Platform is not liable for what happens during an in-person meeting between users.

By posting text and photos in a listing, you confirm you hold the necessary rights to that content, and you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display it in the site and app interfaces for the purpose of operating the service.

6.1. After a deal is completed (marked "sold"), both parties are invited to review each other.

6.2. Reviews are only possible for a completed reservation — reviews without an actual transaction on the Platform are not allowed.

6.3. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abuse, third-party personal data, or false information.

7.1. Users may report a listing, account, or message they believe violates these Terms.

7.2. The administration reviews reports and may take action, including suspending accounts.

8.1. The Platform is provided "as is." The administration is not liable for user conduct, item quality, failed deals, or damages arising from use of the Platform.

8.2. The administration may temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance.

9.1. The administration may amend these Terms. The current version is always available on the site. We will notify users of material changes at least 3 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

9.2. Posting listings is currently free. If paid features or fees are introduced in the future, we will clearly notify users in advance.

10.1. The Platform may be used by individuals aged 18 and over.

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are subject to the courts at the Platform's place of registration.
