• Email address (for registration and one-time-code login, or Google sign-in)
• Name, city
• Preferred interface language
• Listing content and photos
• Messages in the internal chat tied to a reservation
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies) — for site operation and security

We do not collect payment data — transactions between users take place outside the Platform.

• Account registration and login
• Publishing and displaying listings
• Reservations and internal chat functionality
• Building ratings and displaying reviews
• Handling reports and moderation
• Notifications (e.g., new message, reservation expiring — including via Telegram if the user has connected notifications themselves)
• Site security and fraud prevention

We share the minimum necessary data with the following services that power the Platform:

• Resend — sends the login code by email
• Supabase — database storage and authentication
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google — sign-in via Google account (at the user's choice)
• Telegram — sends new-message notifications (only if the user has connected the bot themselves)

These services may process and store data outside Georgia. We take reasonable measures to ensure such transfers comply with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection (in particular, by using vetted providers with their own data-protection obligations).

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

The Platform may disclose a user's personal data — including IP address, technical device information, and chat message history tied to a specific booking — in response to an official, documented request from law enforcement or other government authorities of Georgia (including the Ministry of Internal Affairs), acting within an investigation or other lawful basis.

• Every such request is verified against the requirements of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and other applicable legislation before any data is disclosed.
• Only the data strictly necessary for the specific request is disclosed — the Platform does not hand over unrelated users' data.
• The Platform keeps an internal record of each such disclosure.

Security log entries (IP address, device type, timestamp, associated action) are kept for no longer than 12 months from creation, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. Listing content, photos, and chat history follow the general account-data retention periods described in the account deletion section.

After an account deletion request, data (email, name, photos, listings) is deleted or anonymized within 30 days. This period allows time to recover the account in case of a mistaken request and to resolve any deals or disputes already underway.

Data related to an open report against a user is retained until the report is resolved, even if the account has since been deleted — otherwise the underlying dispute could not be reviewed.

Data may temporarily persist in our providers' backups for up to 35 days after deletion; this is standard backup practice and outside our direct control.

You have the right to:

• request a copy of your data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your account and data;
• withdraw consent to processing (which may limit access to certain Platform features);
• file a complaint with the State Audit Office of Georgia — since March 2, 2026, it is the legal successor to the Personal Data Protection Service and supervises the lawfulness of personal data processing in Georgia.

The Platform may be used by individuals aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

In the event of an incident affecting the security of users' personal data, we will notify affected users and, where required, the regulator, within the timeframes set by Georgian law.

The site uses cookies to maintain your login session and language preference. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit some site functionality.

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data (encrypted connections, access restrictions), but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all incidents.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on the site.
